Their college search is over. Both girls will be playing Divison I softball at local schools.
 Stephanie will play at the University of Buffalo and Rachel will be playing at Niagara University.

DIAMOND GIRLS-COTTON WIN PONY QUALIFIER TOURNAMENT IN NEWTOWN, PA

After closing their 2012-12u season by winning the ASA “A” Eastern Nationals, the New Era Diamond Girls-Cotton traveled to Newtown, PA to play in the 14u PONY Qualifier, Rock the Fall tournament.

This 1^st year 14u team came out on top beating out all 2^nd year 14u teams.  They had an impressive wins over the New Jersey Ocean Sharks, Marylands Orange Crush,  Central Jersey Lightning, Virginias Vienna Starz and the New Jersey Lady Muckdawgs.  With the win the girls have earned themselves a bid to play in the PONY nationals in July 2013.  What a great start to their 14u season.

Diamond Girls Launch Rookie Camp for 2012-2013!

The New Era Diamond Girls have launched their Rookie Camp for Girls interested in getting a head start on their travel softball careers or just simply looking to get better during the off season.

The program is being lead by former Canisius College player and Diamond Girls alumni, Jackie Fusco-Morris. Jackie has extensive knowledge from both playing the game at a Division 1 college as well as coaching high school, travel and college softball during her career.

The New Era Diamond Girls are proud to provide national level exposure for our athletes.

Muni Selects University of Rochester!

Lauren Muni of Clarence, NY has committed to play softball at the University of Rochester beginning with the 2013 season. Lauren finished her Senior year at Clarence High School as the NY State Champions in High School Softball.

Lauren will continue play with her summer team, New Era Diamond Girls, before heading off to University of Rochester this fall.

Clarence Senior Commits to Niagara University

Allyson Gay of Williamsville, NY has committed to play softball at Niagara University beginning with the 2013 season.

Allyson will finish her Senior season at Clarence High School. She will continue to play summer ball with her New Era Diamond Girls team before heading off to Niagara University in the fall.

West Seneca East Senior Heads to Pitt-Bradford!

Meagan Lewis of Cheektowaga, NY has committed to play softball for the University of Pittsburgh at Bradford beginning with the 2013 season.

Meagan will finish her Senior year at West Seneca East High School. She will continue to play summer ball with the New Era Diamond Girls travel softball team before heading off to University of Pittsburgh at Bradford.

Caitlin Myszka Headed To Edinboro

Caitlin Myszka, a five year member of the Diamond Girls organization, has enrolled in the Speech Therapy program at Edinboro University in Pennsylvania beginning in August of 2012.

A four-year starter for Lancaster Redskin's softball program, Caitlin will try to continue her softball career as a walk-on for the Fighting Scots.
